About Us
Kidaddles is a small business operated with minimal overhead to keep prices affordable. Every aspect of the company is overseen by me to insure quality customer service.
Inspired by my somewhat naughty 3 year old, I had to come up with a way to inspire good behavior. His Head Start Teacher - an at home educational program for young children to prepare them for school - suggested we make a "social book". A social book is a tool designed to create a positive outlook on negative behavior. Simply take photos of your child doing nice things, paste them on paper, write positive and inspiring captions under each photo, then fold into a book style pamphlet and voila! You have a social book. We did this and it seemed to help, but I decided to take it to the next level and create a video of my son doing nice things
I created "It's Fun to Be Nice!" to help him learn about having and using self-control, "I Love to Share" to help him learn to share with others, and "Count With Me" to elp with learning to count. Several of my friends with young children saw my videos and loved them. They all asked me to make them a video for their children and it just took off from there.
Kidaddles now sells these videos on Kidaddles.com, Amazon.com and in several locally owned retail/toy stores.
